A little about Danielle
Danielle is a Clinical Psychologist, EMDR Consultant, Writer and Speaker with a special interest in self-compassion, courage and fostering strong mental health in the community. She is a Director on the EMDRAA Board and also a founding committee member of Friends of Mithra, an Australian charity supporting differently abled children attending Mithra rehabilitation centre in Chennai, India. She will be appearing in November 2022 on Adventure All-stars on Channel 7PLUS as part of her commitment to raising awareness for Friends of Mithra.

Passions and Commitments
Fostering stonger mental health
Danielle is passionate about fostering stronger mental health in children and adults. She does this through her practice as a Clinical Psychologist, EMDR Therapist and Consultant, helping adults to heal from trauma and supporting other mental health practitioners through supervision and training. She also uses her books as a vehicle to share messages in the community on fostering strong mental health. She sees on a daily basis the brain’s amazing capacity to heal itself and is committed to sharing these messages in a compassionate, courageous way with her community.

EMDR Supervision and Consultation
As an EMDRAA Accredited Consultant, Danielle offers supervision and consultation in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is a trauma-focused psychotherapy endorsed by the World Health Organization, Phoenix Australia – Centre for Post-traumatic Mental Health and numerous other international health organisations.
